happy 3rd birthday

This year, we felt that leanne was ready for her own birthday party and decided to save on her Christmas and birthday present and throw her a cupcake party instead. We celebrated one day in advance as leanne's birthday fell on the eve of lunar new year. leanne chose the purple (her favourite colour) party bag. these are for the babies.

we finally made it to the zoo!

we tried going a few months ago but turned back when we couldn't get a parking lot because the carpark was closed. then after, mrs s grand plan was for us to go with the two yee mas and the two cousins. however, as leanne was down with hfmd, we got to scrape the plan.

we finally made it the saturday before sy and joyce left. however, we forgot to download the old photos and the memory card was full after a few shots.

our super trooper walked all by herself throughout the outing- about 6 hours! yay!

sf and benjamin were only back for two weeks this time round. poor benjamin because of hfmd was home bound for almost a week and a half and couldn't meet his target of 15 chicken rice meals.

leanne got on so well with them and always tells mrs s that she missess benjamin gor gor...
a big thank you to sf yee ma for all the story books and educational toys, and benjamin gor gor for the drawing blocks. leanne has been drawing on them.

cupcake baking

leanne has been watching lots of cupcake decorating on the ipad and she has been pretending to be decorating cupcakes at her kitchen stove. when sy yee ma heard about this, she got leanne a little apron and cupcake baking set complete with piping bag and nine different nozzles all the way from sydney!

our little leanne was so happy and was fully attentive when we had our little cupcake session.
