our little angry narait's the first time leanne met her 2nd yee ma (xiu yee ma) and the second time leanne met her cousin joyce. leanne took to them immediately, as though she knew they were family. leanne called joyce - jie jie on the very first day. perhaps she remembered joyce's face whom she saw when she was just two days old.
we whisked off to taipei with them the next day after they arrived. it was a good trip with lots of food and night markets, the yummy beef noodles, the mee sua, the hua zhi, the jamu...yum yum...
and the people in taipei, from the young to the elderly, love babies. they never failed to exclaim 'what a lovely wa-wa' when they walked past us.
