happy sixth month

now and then

Leanne is not like the typical chubby baby and sometimes I worry about her low weight gain. I forgot how tiny she was till I saw my newborn nephew. It’s amazing the progress she has made since.

now at 5months and 3weeks

then at day 2.

Leanne has been more active these days. She can now roll over 360 degrees. She loves to turn to look up at her mobile while she’s on her fours till she falls back on her head. She does it several times in a row till we start to worry she’ll get a concussion.
She also loves to do mini push-ups so that she can look for us from her baby cot.
She’s been pushing her bum up in a bid to propel herself forward to get her toys but she ended up moving backwards instead. See how she has worked her way out of the playmat.

after months of deliberation, we finally bought the bugabo bee. it doesn't have the front bar and we thought that be good so that leanne wouldn't be able to put her legs up as all babies do from what we observed. but our little leanne found a way....
