words that leanne says

this is a shot of leanne quietly playing with mrs s miniature bottles. but leanne is building up her vocabulary repertoire. she can say dans (thanks), bye, moo, woah woah, neigh, yae (yes), yum yum. her favourite words by far are nooooooooooooooo, go, go. yesterday she said 'no way' when i asked for a kiss.

mealtime battlefield

we've been hearing that leanne didn't quite like her food and would only eat white rice. we had first hand experience on sunday when rolin was on her off day.
mrs s spent almost an hour toiling in the kitchen before serving our little princess with soft rice, lightly pan fried fish in olive oil (for a change from her usual steamed fish) and steamed broccoli and green marrow with tomatoes. and this is what happened:

leanne has six pairs of shoes so far but this pair of jelly shoes is her favourite. she picked it from her shoe shelf and tried putting them on herself.

she likes to doll herself up in this little red chinese hat that biao yee ma bought from shenzhen

looking out of the gate waiting for us to come home or for her favourite neighbours. she would shout 'aye' if she sees the neighbours.

we took leanne to the library recently and she had a field day moving the books from the shelves and crawling around on the carpet.

leanne's current favourite book: goldilocks and the three bears - a free gift from huggies.
