I want to ....
... BREAK FREE!
Leanne does not seem to like to be swaddled anymore. Not at all. Unless you count the times when she's already in deep slumber and we get the tiny nappy cloths barely round her with dubious glee (when did this feeling start? I used to feel such a heartache having to 'bind' her up so tightly during her first days out of her mummy's cosy womb. I think it was the brain washing of "assuring them that they are secure just like when they were nestled at one with their mummy").
Even when she is dreadfully tired, she would need to kick her way free and with her arms finally freed would she exclaim in houdini-esque pride before 'growling' herself to sleep. Her impersonations of dinosaurs deserves another post of its own. With videos et al.

leanne started rolling onto her tummy one day by her own. we were a little surprised because we had not been very diligent in her tummy time. and she could even lift her head up.

temperature rising
leanne had her second dose of 5-in-1 vaccination on her fourth month. she was surprisingly good about it. no cry at all and i didn't even know it was over. she was pretty good with her first one too. a short wail and it was over quickly too.
