view from bed

Was lying in bed and looked out of the window and thought the view wasn't too bad.

look at me

hush....baby sleeping

Looking at her when she's asleep and especially when she's nestled in my arms, it makes me want to be a better person in all aspects- just for her.

Leanne started smiling and cooing a lot this week.

She's happiest first thing in the morning when she wakes up to her mobile. When we call her name, she would smile at us too- this is the impetus for us to wake up to the day as well.

A Big THANK YOU to Evelyn for lending us this mobile. Leanne likes it a lot and has been looking at it over an hour without calling out for us for the past two days.
I even caught her smiling at it yesterday. Think her favourite is the yellow one that I call fish....because it reminds me of Dory.

tummy time

full month

I was worried that there may be too many people at Leanne's full month celebration and she would be over stimulated. However, our little darling slept through the entire commotion despite being passed from one arm to another.
Instead, it was the parents who were fussed and we only remembered to take a photo with her at the end of the day when everyone has left.

quiet afternoon

Finally, I've got down to setting up a blog for Leanne. Something I wanted to do since back in London.

Our little sweetheart will be eight weeks old tomorrow.

Leanne's looks keep changing every day. When we first saw her in the pregnancy scan, we thought that she looked like A. And indeed, she did look like her father when she was born. Then after, she keeps morphing....

To A's side of the family, Leanne seems to resemble her paternal grandma while to my side of the family, Leanne seems to look like me.

But I like it best, when we get remarks that she resembles both of us.
